Refund and cancellation policy
We want you to be happy with what you buy. Every product we sell comes with a 7-day refund window.
What can be refunded
- Debt-Free Date Planner: full refund within 7 days of purchase, under the guarantee above.
- Bank Call Scripts Pack (checkout add-on): full refund within 7 days of purchase. It can be refunded on its own or together with the planner.
- No-Relapse Planner (add-on): full refund within 7 days of purchase if it isn't useful for you.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 98002 22991 within 7 days of purchase. Please include:
- Your transaction ID (it's in your purchase confirmation email)
- The email address you used to buy
- Which product you'd like refunded
How long it takes
- We reply to every refund request within 2 working days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days, back to your original payment method.
- After we process it, your bank or UPI app may take a few more working days to show the amount.
After 7 days
Requests made more than 7 days after purchase are not eligible, except in these cases, which we will always resolve: you were charged twice for the same product, or you paid but never received access and we could not fix it.
Cancellation
All our products are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Because access is delivered instantly, an order cannot be cancelled after payment, but it can be refunded under this policy.
Delivery policy
All our products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
- Right after payment, you receive a confirmation email from our checkout partner, SuperProfile, with an Access your purchase button.
- That button opens your purchases page, where you can open and download your access PDF and any other files you bought.
- The access PDF contains your app link and your access code. Delivery is usually instant.
Didn't get the email within 1 hour? Check your spam and promotions folders, then message us with your transaction ID and we'll send your access directly.
Terms of use
By buying or using our products, you agree to these terms.
1. Your licence
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. Please don't share, resell or publish your app link, access code or files. Access codes may be changed from time to time; if yours stops working on a new device, contact us and we'll send a current one.
2. Not financial advice
The Debt-Free Date Planner and its bonuses are planning and educational tools. They show calculations based on the numbers you enter and general information. They are not financial, legal, tax or credit advice, and we are not a lender, a debt settlement service, a credit bureau or a financial adviser. Interest rates, fees, minimum dues and rules vary by lender and can change. Check your statements and confirm with your lender or a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
3. Accuracy
Results depend on the information you enter. Dates, interest amounts and savings shown are estimates, not guarantees. Examples on our sales pages are illustrations, not promises of results.
4. Your data and backups
The planner stores your information only in your own browser, on your own device. We cannot see, recover or restore it. You are responsible for keeping backups using the backup feature in the app.
5. Availability and updates
We work to keep our products available and may improve or update them over time. We aren't liable for short interruptions caused by hosting providers, your internet connection, your browser or your device.
6. Intellectual property
All products, designs, text and code belong to SocioPrism. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for financial decisions you make using our tools.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- At checkout: your email address and phone number, collected by our checkout partner SuperProfile so we can deliver your purchase and support you.
- Payments: handled by SuperProfile and its payment partners. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- On our website: standard technical data such as pages visited and device type. We may use advertising and analytics tools, such as the Meta Pixel, which use cookies to measure how our ads perform.
What we don't collect
The debts, balances, rates and other numbers you enter in the Debt-Free Date Planner stay in your own browser on your own device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. We have no access to them.
How we use your information
- To deliver your purchase and send your access details
- To answer support and refund requests
- To send occasional messages about your purchase or our products. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To measure and improve our website and ads
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run our business, such as our checkout and payment partners, website and hosting providers, and advertising platforms. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing [email protected]. Some records, such as payment records, may need to be kept for legal and tax reasons.
